This Privacy Policy applies to the School of Fine Arts mobile application (package ID com.webos.sfa, the “App”) published on Google Play by Webos Solutions, the trading name of the legal entity Webos Solutions Ltd (the “Developer”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The App is built on the Sports Academy Manager platform (https://sportsacademymanager.com).

By installing or using the App you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Account information: name, email address, phone number and password when you create an account or log in.
- Profile and membership information: details entered by you or by the academy, such as student name, date of birth, parent/guardian contact details, group or class enrolment, attendance and schedule information.
- Payment information: records of fees, invoices and payment status. Card payments, where offered, are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages, announcements and support requests you send through the App or to our contact email.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, language, unique device identifiers, IP address, crash logs and diagnostic data.
- Push notification token: if you enable notifications, a device token is stored so that we can deliver announcements and reminders.
The App does not collect precise location data and does not access your contacts, photos or files unless you explicitly choose to upload them.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To provide the core features of the App: schedules, attendance, announcements, groups, payments and communication between the academy, students and parents.
- To send notifications you have opted in to receive.
- To respond to support requests.
- To monitor performance, diagnose crashes and improve the App.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Legal basis for processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the App and the academy’s services to you); our legitimate interests (security, diagnostics and improvement of the App); your consent (push notifications); and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Who we share your information with
- The academy: School of Fine Arts staff and administrators can see the membership, attendance and payment information relevant to their students.
- Service providers: hosting, push notification delivery (for example Google Firebase Cloud Messaging), crash reporting and payment processing providers who act on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order or to protect the rights, safety or property of the Developer, our users or others.
5. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service to the academy. When your account is deleted, your personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records (for example payment records) to meet legal or accounting obligations.
6. Security
Data is transmitted between the App and our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for use by academy staff and by parents or guardians. Information about students under 16 is entered and managed by the academy or by a parent/guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without such consent, contact us at support@weboscy.com and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can update most of your information from within the App. For any other request, email us at support@weboscy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your School of Fine Arts account and all associated data at any time by submitting our data deletion form: https://sportsacademymanager.com/delete-my-data/, or by emailing support@weboscy.com from the email address linked to your account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
10. Third-party links and services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example payment pages). We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page, and the effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
